Telephone Support Services
Waterview Information Technology, LLC shall provide technical support for Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 software via telephone for any customer who enrolls in an annual telephone support plan. The Customer agrees to use Remote Desktop Streaming via the internet for support purposes when needed. The Customer agrees WaterviewIT is not responsible for making accounting decisions or for maintaining daily backups of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500. Support for Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 versions no longer supported by Sage is supported on a best efforts basis. The Customer also agrees and acknowledges the following inclusions and exclusions as defined below.

Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 Technical Support includes:

  • Unlimited Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 Technical Support calls via toll-free telephone number 1-800-388-6061
  • Hours of support 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. EST Mon-Fri
  • A live representative to answer your call strived for, but if not possible, up to one hour response time is typical and a 3 hour call back guaranteed
  • On-line remote-access of your desktop through the internet via the use of ‘Go to Assist’ desktop-streaming service
  • Trouble-shooting error messages in Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500, Crystal Reports, and FRx
  • Trouble-shooting bugs and applying fixes
  • Additional Workstation Installations
  • “How To” questions
  • Printing problems
  • FREE admission to periodic User’s Groups, Seminars, and Meetings
  • Welcome package including WaterviewIT mouse pad with support telephone number

Exclusions from our Pre-Paid Technical Support Plan:

  • “Maintenance” or Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 Basic Subscription Plans (software upgrades)
  • Step-by-step installations, upgrades, or On-site consulting
  • Training – technical support is not a substitute for proper training.
  • Visual Integrator (VI) or Data Import Manager job creation
  • Crystal Report writing or custom report reconciling
  • FRx (Financial Report Writing) – designing new reports
  • Support of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 with other programs not intended for integration with Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500
  • Extensive reconciling projects due to misuse or improper setup of Sage MAS 90, Sage MAS 200, and Sage MAS 500 program on Customer’s part or recurring data corruption problems due to network or hardware issues.
